I like to put my money where my mouth is… Chase Real Estate has just contracted to build a new real estate trading office in Naperville. Yes, that’s right, I am buying real estate now. Contrary to popular belief NOW is the best time to buy real estate. Prices are down, interest rates are low and great deals are to be had. I have been and still am a strong believer in real estate as an investment. I like tangible investments; sure I have stocks, bonds and IRA’s but those I can’t see and are difficult to use. Real Estate can be modified, upgraded, rented, sold and traded the options are endless.

Our new office will be located at the southeast corner of Rt. 59 and Montgomery Rd. We will have street sinage from Rt. 59 and Montgomery Road.

Also, we will host a ribbon cutting party later this year! Invitations will be sent to all Chase investors.
