Couple good days in the stock market and a couple great days in the real estate market. Homes and townhomes inventories have decreased steadily since September 2008.  There are many positive signs our market is swinging the other direction, we are seeing multiple offers on listings and competition for well priced homes has increased substantially. Financing is readily available for investors and first time/move-up buyers. Foreclosures in the Chicago suburbs are at a two year low. Act now before the market prices you out!
