Lately, the new trend in real estate is not selling investment property itself but selling the dream of investing in property. Sure, you have to buy right but that’s where I come into play. What do you pay me? ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING! Not one penny. The banks who have property to sell pay me a fee to broker deals. I don’t work for the bank, I work for you! Sounds strange, the banks pay me to sell their homes but I work for you. That’s how real estate works, sellers always pay the fees not the buyers.
