Government Contract For Landlords now available to Chase Real Estate Investors!

The second round of funding is coming available in the next couple weeks. The RHSP program was created to provide rental assistance to Illinois households below 15% and 30% average median income. This is a unit based program (Investors property must qualify then we find tenants for those units). Tenants will pay approximately 30% of income as rent. Landlords will receive a three year contract with the government.

How is the program is funded? $10 is collected from real estate recording fees at the county level of which $1.00 stays with the program.

How many homes/units will be part of this program? Approx. 4000

Will property qualify for tax abatement? Yes
