    Great video, something I have understood for years. I have friends doing the 50K home route in Joliet and after accumulating a number of them they are miserable for the exact reasons you mention. NOW, they are stuck with junk.

    Thanks for the feedback on the video. I see the same thing with clients- they buy the cheap stuff and have no way to exit. Easy to get in Hard to get out!

    So true! The low priced units in the less desirable areas have very high turn-over and as a result high costs. I stick to the 8-120K range. Here I find tenants that WANT to stay long term.
