Over the past fifteen years working in the investment real estate arena I have met a number of rehab crews who were unorganized, sloppy and dishonest. Finding the right contractor takes time and a relationship needs to be established. My agents and I have just that; the &#8220;right&#8221; handyman. Bob is much more than a handyman, he is a general contractor with a large staff of  employees who know how to remodel our properties to make them saleable and rent-able.  Bob&#8217;s crew remodels homes to make them safe, sound and secure. Bob has added to his service a &#8220;video rehab summary&#8221;. When Bob views a property he will highlight all repairs and explain the remodel for each project.  Take a look at sample video below, this is one of my units that Bob is in the process of repairing.  It&#8217;s nice having a high-tech handyman; it saves me time and money.
